Canadian Physiotherapy Association. National Physiotherapy Week began in 1984 as a national promotional campaign and has gained momentum through the years. In 2000, the campaign grew into National Physiotheray Month (NPM) and included the provision of tools, public relations kits, a themed approach and merchandise.
