La velocidad de conexión a Internet se refiere a la transferencia de datos de Internet a tu computadora. Básicamente significa el tiempo que se tarda tu computadora en descargar una cantidad de datos determinados. Las velocidades de la conexión a Internet se miden generalmente en Kbps (kilobits por segundo, o miles de bits por segundo).

velocidad de Internet; velocidad de conexión a Internet; velocidad de acceso a Internet: El Diccionario panhispánico de dudas, de la Real Academia Española, indica que predomina el uso de Internet con mayúscula y sin artículo en el mundo hispanohablante. Agrega que si se usa precedido de artículo u otro determinante, es preferible usar las formas femeninas (la, una, etc.), por ser femenino el nombre genérico “red”. Adhiere a este uso también el Vademécum de la Fundación del Español Urgente.
