1.21 Time of day and elapsed time

Present exact time as follows:

• 11 a.m. or 11:00 a.m.
• 1 p.m. or 1:00 p.m.
• 3:30 p.m.

For elapsed time, use colons, periods and no spaces:

• 2:30:21.65 (hours, minutes, seconds, tenths, hundredths)
