Télésanté Ontario est un service gratuit de conseils téléphoniques qui sera introduit par le gouvernement provincial dans tout l'Ontario. Il fournit aux résidents de cette province accès à une infirmière autorisée 24 heures par jour, 7 jours par semaine. La ligne d'information sur la santé du CHEO avait été lancée vers le milieu des années 90 pour répondre à une demande accrue en matière de conseils en pédiatrie.
