ARNI, or an angiotensin receptor/neprilysin inhibitor, is made up of two drugs put together to treat heart failure. It contains an ARB (angiotensin II receptor blocker) and a neprilysin inhibitor.

Angiotensin II receptor–neprilysin inhibitors. Sacubitril-valsartan isa fixed dose combination of the angiotensin II receptor blocker valsartan and the neprilysin inhibitor sacubitril.... Sacubitril/valsartan is a combination product. Sacubritil acts as a neprilysin inhibitor and works by blocking the action of neprilysin, inhibiting the breakdown of natriuretic peptides. This results in increased diuresis, vasodilation, reduction in blood pressure and work on the heart. Valsartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker and inhibits the RAAS [renin-angiotensin aldosterone system]... to reduce the maladaptive response to cardiac failure. Neprilysin breaks down angiotensin II, so sacubitril given alone would result in an accumulation of angiotensin II. For this reason, it must be combined with an angiotensin receptor blocker to block the effect of excess angiotensin II.

Unified Requirements from the International Association of Classification Societies (IACS) for the construction of Polar Class ships have since been used instead.

One such system is known as cave automatic virtual environment(CAVE) in which a large theater is situated within a larger room where the walls of the room or "cave" are made of rear projection screens and the floor is a down projection screen. A user of the virtual environment wears special glasses to see 3-D [tridimensional] graphics on the walls and floor of the cave.

This also includes dust from solid rocket motors, paint chips and other small debris that flaked from satellite systems. Many systems that include nets, large sails and other structures are only effective for objects that can be grasped and provide poor capture of on-orbit debris for subsequent de-orbit and, indeed, can be damaged by other impacts, contributing to the debris problem on orbit.

What is a concurrent sentence? Concurrent sentences are sentences imposed for separate offences which run at the same time. A concurrent sentence begins from the date it is imposed. L'AFM est basée sur la mesure des forces entre un fin stylet et la surface étudiée. Le capteur de force est un ressort-lame (stylet) encastré à une extrémité et muni d'une pointe à l'autre extrémité; il est encore appelé «cantilever».
