La présente recherche utilise l'analyse factorielle pour éclairer les données obtenues lors d'un sondage par questionnaire portant sur les attributs de la constructibilité. Les résultats ont montré que les premiers trois facteurs de constructibilité, sur neuf, concernant les conceptions de bâtiment sont: (i) permettre l'utilisation économique des ressources des entrepreneurs, (ii) permettre une visualisation et une coordination simples des exigences de conception par le personnel du site, et (iii) permettre aux entrepreneurs de développer et d'adopter d'autres détails de la construction.  2, fiche 25, Français, - constructibilit%C3%A9
