The Interdepartmental Advisory Committee on the Chart of Accounts(IACCOA) was formed in May 1995 to advise Treasury Board Secretariat(TBS) on the Chart of Accounts, and to allow departments to help develop the policy. The IACCOA reviews each classification and revises the detailed codes.
