Justice Canada. The Steering Committee on Justice Efficiencies and Access to Justice was created to recommend solutions to problems relating to the efficient and effective operation of the criminal court system, without compromising its fairness. The Steering Committee is composed of six representatives of the judiciary, six Deputy Ministers of Justice from the federal and provincial levels and three members of the private bar. Justice Canada. Le Comité directeur sur l'efficacité et l'accès en matière de justice a été créé pour recommander des solutions aux problèmes liés au fonctionnement efficace et efficient du système pénal, sans compromettre l'équité. Le Comité directeur est formé de six représentants de la magistrature, six sous-ministres de la Justice des paliers fédéral et provinciaux et trois avocats du secteur privé.
