The present technology provides for a platform enabling creation of custom dialog system engines serving as backend services for custom dialog system interfaces in an easy manner. Dialog system interfaces can be implemented at least as a part of various software applications, mobile applications, middleware applications, firmware applications, websites, web services, and so forth. In other words, dialog system interfaces are on a client side and provide a computer-human interface configured to at least acquire user inputs and deliver dialog system outputs to the users. Dialog system engines, on the other hand, support the dialog system interfaces by processing user inputs and generating corresponding responses thereto. Thus, a dialog system engine and dialog system interface, when interacting with each other, form a dialog system.

The ability to deliver an accurate pass while in contact with the enemy is an art form in itself, and leads to high proportion of line break successes for the attacking side who can it execute well. The idea is that attacking play remains fluid and continuous just as the defence is preparing to stop and reset for another phase. The defenders think that the ball is momentarily "dead" after a tackle has been made and that there will be an opportunity to regroup. The offload shows unexpectedly that this will not be the case, and in that small moment there is a chink of light for the attack.

Tranq dope is an ever-fluctuating blend of xylazine, a sedative, and usually an opioid, with each type of drug binding to different brain receptors.

CONT

Both xylazine and fentanyl are psychoactive and add to the effects that a user experiences. Fentanyl is a short-acting drug and the addition of xylazine extends the resulting feeling of euphoria to mimic the effects of heroin. However, many users are unaware that the heroin is adulterated(or "cut") with these other substances, and this can lead to unintended side effects and even overdose. For example, when xylazine is injected it can cause open wounds such as skin ulcers and abscesses to form. With long-term use, these lesions can become widespread across the arms and legs causing tissue death, hence its nickname : the zombie drug.

An organized mass of thunderstorms with a slight cyclonic wind circulation of less than 20 knots.

The first sign of hurricane genesis(development) is the appearance of a cluster of thunderstorms over the tropical oceans, called a tropical disturbance. Tropical disturbances most commonly form in one of three different ways, all of which involve the convergence of surface winds. Near the equator, the easterly trade winds converge(come together) to trigger numerous thunderstorms in a region called the Intertropical Convergence Zone(ITCZ). Occasionally, a cluster of thunderstorms will break away from the ITCZ and become better organized. Another mechanism is the convergence of air that occurs along a mid-latitude frontal boundary that has made its way into the Gulf of Mexico or off the East Coast of Florida. The last mechanism is the easterly wave, a tropical disturbance that travels from east to west in the region of the tropical easterlies. Converging winds on the east side of the easterly wave trigger the development of thunderstorms. In fact, most Atlantic hurricanes can be traced to easterly waves that form over Western Africa.

The primary differences between the materials are morphology, size, ease of processing, and price. Carbon nanofibers, also known as Stacked-Cup Carbon Nanotubes(SCCNT), have a unique morphology in that graphene planes are canted from the fiber axis, resulting in exposed edge planes on the interior and exterior surfaces of the fiber. CNTs, on the other hand, typically resemble an assembly of concentric cylinders of graphene. The first segment to be launched into orbit, designated Z1, will not permanently attach to other truss segments. The Z1 segment is a 10 ft(3 m) cubelike truss made from six machined bulkheads that are bolted together. The truss houses four control moment gyroscopes that form part of the guidance, navigation, and control system. The location of Z1 is nearly in the middle of the station, which makes it an ideal location for the gyroscopes. A micrometeor shield composed of three sheets of 0. 25 in.(6 mm) aluminum about 5 in.(127 mm) apart protects the sensitive gyroscopes from debris. The 18, 300 lb(8, 300 kg) Z1 segment is currently scheduled to be launched by the end of this year. The truss is a transitional structure that will connect to the pressurized Unity module already on orbit. Astronauts will tighten 16 motorized bolts on the circular coupling on the Unity module side into nuts on Z1 and connect the associated utility plug-ins. Pressurized units generally have circular couplings and nonpressurized unit connectors are rectangular.

All magnetic objects produce invisible lines of force that extend between the poles of the object. An easy way to visualize this is to spread iron filings on a sheet of paper and place a bar magnet under the paper. The iron filings will arrange themselves around the magnet and along the magnetic field lines. In the simplest terms, Earth can be thought of as a dipole(2-pole) magnet. Magnetic field lines radiate between Earth's north and south magnetic poles just as they do between the poles of a bar magnet. Charged particles become trapped on these field lines(just as the iron filings are trapped), forming the magnetosphere. Earth's magnetic field lines are not as symmetrical as those of the bar magnet. The impact of the solar wind causes the lines facing sunward to compress, while the field lines facing away from the Sun stream back to form Earth's magnetotail. The magnetosphere extends into the vacuum of space from approximately 80 to 60, 000 kilometers(50 to 37, 280 miles) on the side toward the Sun, and trails out more than 300, 000 kilometers(186, 500 miles) away from the Sun.

An airport located in Dorval, now a part of the city of Montréal, and used for private, local, national and international flights. The airport was first the "Dorval Airport," from the name of the city in the suburbs of Montréal, then the "Dorval International Airport," to become the airport for domestic flights, that is the flights limited to Canada, with the construction of the "Mirabel International Airport" inaugurated in 1975 and intended for international flights. But inadequate terrestrial links between Montréal and Mirabel contributed to give to the Montréal Dorval Airport ("Montréal-Dorval") its international status, leaving the charter (up to Autumn 2004) and cargo flights to the Mirabel Airport ("Montréal-Mirabel"); political decisions for these ends were accompanied by important subsidies for the building of added accommodations to what has become the "Montréal Dorval International Airport." With the amalgamation or merging of all the cities on the Île de Montréal, including the former cities of Montréal and of Dorval, to form the new city of Montréal on the 1 January 2002, the airport became the "Montréal Airport," a reality usage had already confirmed. On the 1 January 2004, the airport’s name changed to "Montréal Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport" to honour a former Prime Minister of Canada as do other important airports in the country. The official name will, no doubt, not be quoted at length all the time; the forms mentioned as correct on the present record will surely be used instead, including the recommendation of the airport authority as to the use of "Montréal-Trudeau" as the current short form ("fly from Montréal-Trudeau", or "land at the Montréal-Trudeau Airport"). Even if the airport encountered many name and status changes, it never had a name that includes a comma, and had always been represented by YUL, its IATA three-letter code.
