The Role of the Strategic Investment Framework in Public Service Modernization Act(PSMA) Implementation and HR Modernization-The SIF is the strategic framework for the proposed investment of the funds already earmarked in the fiscal framework for PSMA implementation. It is a "funding stewardship" tool that brings a disciplined approach to determining priority of investment demands stemming from the PSMA and helps to ensure the effective use of limited resources, value for money, affordability, and efficiency.
