Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. The Manitoba Crop Diversification Centre(MCDC) is a three way partnership between an industry consortium, MHPEC(Manitoba Horticulture Productivity Enhancement Centre Inc.) and the governments of Canada and Manitoba. Agriculture et Agroalimentaire Canada.
