Settlement Assistance and Family Support Services(SAFSS), formerly South Asian Family Support Services, is a non-profit, charitable, multi-service organization providing services to the community in the Greater Toronto Area(GTA) with a particular emphasis on un-served and under-served areas of Scarborough. SAFSS opened its doors in 1989 and was incorporated in March 1990 to serve primarily the victims of domestic abuse. New Beginnings for Youth is an Ottawa based not-for-profit charitable organization serving the needs of youth since 1986. It offers a variety of programs that encourage life long learning outside of the traditional classroom.
