The new [July 2016 Treasury Board Policy on Results will introduce] some important design and nomenclature changes. Departments will no longer be required to have elaborate, cascading program activity architecture. Instead, they will develop a Departmental Results Framework, which articulates core responsibilities(i. e. those major functions departments perform), supported by their comprehensive inventory of programs. Rather than a static view of programs offered by a hierarchal architecture, parliamentarians will have a far more dynamic, rich interface allowing them to group programs in any way they choose. La nouvelle Politique sur les résultats [de juillet 2016 du Conseil du Trésor] apportera des changements importants sur le plan de la conception et de la nomenclature. Les ministères ne seront plus tenus d'avoir une architecture pyramidale complexe des activités de programme. Ils élaboreront plutôt un Cadre ministériel des résultats, articulé autour de responsabilités essentielles (c.-à-d. les fonctions principales du ministère), qui s'appuiera sur un répertoire complet des programmes ministériels.
