CIDA provided scholarships for 30 women executives to attend the Central American Institute for Business Administration's management training workshop and 5 women political leaders to attend a political leadership workshop. Western Economic Diversification Canada is working to remove some of the barriers facing women in business by supporting the Women's Enterprise Initiative Loan Program.
