The Dominion Observatory was an astronomical observatory in Ottawa, Canada that operated from 1905 to 1970. The Observatory was also an institution within the Canadian Federal Government. Le RICA [Réseau d'Information Comptable Agricole] est une enquête sur les exploitations agricoles réalisée chaque année, depuis plus de trente ans, dans tous les États membres de l'Union européenne. Cet outil statistique, qui repose sur la base d'un règlement communautaire (Conseil européen 1965), vise à permettre le suivi du revenu et l'analyse du fonctionnement économique des exploitations agricoles. Sa technique de construction, son homogénéité dans la définition des différents indicateurs et la somme des informations qu'il regroupe, en font un outil adapté aux comparaisons des systèmes de production entre États membres ou entre régions administratives.
