The "Lennoxville Dairy and Swine Research and Development Centre" has been contributing to the development of Canadian agriculture for many years. The Centre is located in the heart of the Eastern Townships, Quebec. It was founded in 1914 under the name of the "Lennoxville Experimental Station. "The Station became the "Lennoxville Experimental Farm" in the early 1950's, the name was changed to the "Lennoxville Research Station" in 1959, and changed again in 1994 to the present name, the "Dairy and Swine Research and Development Centre. Le «Centre de recherche et de développement sur le bovin laitier et le porc» de Lennoxville contribue depuis longtemps au développement de l'agriculture canadienne. Le Centre est situé au cœur des Cantons de l'Est du Québec. Il fut créé en 1914 sous le nom de «Station expérimentale de Lennoxville».
