Avoir un appartement décent devrait être un droit, les régies vous le refusent souvent comme un privilège que vous ne méritez pas. Après avoir sillonné les régies de la place, j'ai pu déterminer le profil du locataire idéal : Suisse, sans enfants, sans animaux, sans amis et sans dettes, fonctionnaire si possible, c'est à dire bien payé et pas licenciable. Sourd et muet, il ne dérange personne et n'est jamais dérangé et surtout, il paye par ordre permanent le 20 de chaque mois.
