Canadian activity in remote sensing is becoming more and more international. This can be explained by the internationalization of environmental problems, funding sources and information flow. It is expressed through the increase of exchanges and cooperative programs in many directions : North-North, North-South and triangular. How can remote sensing activities work in this context?
