Semantic segmentation focuses on classifying each pixel in an image into a specific category. Earth Day Canada campaign. In the first year of this annual campaign, over two million Canadians will wear a green ribbon to commemorate Earth Day. Sponsorship and donations created by the campaign will be used to create much needed manuals and resources for community tree planting projects. One of the most popular Earth Day events, tree planting is an environmental action in itself. It is also a symbolic act that commemorates and reaffirms our environmental commitment.
