They generally have one main growth spurt, reach a certain size, and then yield a single large set of fruit all at once(or during a short period of time). Once a mature determinate plant has produced its main “bumper crop”, the plant will drastically slow down in production or stop growing entirely. Santolina Incana nana Tender perennial. Usually overwinters in Zones 6-10; should be potted and brought indoors in colder climates. This dwarf form of santolina has pungent gray green foliage and bright yellow flowers during the summer. The Concord grape originated in 1854 and was discovered by E. W. Bull. The berries have a heavy wax bloom with blue skin and pale green flesh. Berry and bunch size is medium with a somewhat compact conical cluster shape. The Concord's skin is reasonably durable and separates easily from its pulpy flesh. Its primary use is for juice and jam/jelly preserves, and for fresh market consumption.
