Public Works and Government Services Canada(PWGSC) in partnership with Environment Canada has initiated a process to ensure that environmental factors are taken into consideration during all project phases in the development of office space. The Green Office Building Plan(GOBP) has been developed in response to this need. The GOBP has been written to address primarily the needs of Renovation, Recapitalization and Fit-up projects, which make up the majority of the office space projects in which PWGSC is involved. [...] Travaux publics et Services gouvernementaux Canada (TPSGC), en collaboration avec Environnement Canada, a mis sur pied un processus grâce auquel les facteurs environnementaux sont pris en compte à toutes les étapes des projets d'aménagement d'espaces à bureaux. Le Plan de construction de bureaux écologiques (PCBE) a été élaboré pour répondre à ce besoin. Le Plan vise avant tout à satisfaire les besoins des projets de rénovation, de modernisation et de restauration qui forment la majorité des projets d'aménagement d'espaces à bureaux auxquels participe TPSGC.
