A workshop sponsored by the Food and Drug Administration was held recently during which available data were reviewed concerning surrogate testing of blood donated for transfusion in order to reduce the risks of posttransfusion non-A, non-B hepatitis. The antibody to the core antigen of hepatitis B virus. It usually develops during or shortly before the symptomatic disease occurs, and it persists throughout life. Hépatite à virus B. [...] Trois marqueurs sont détectables en cas de guérison : l'anticorps anti-HBs (Ac anti-HBs), l'anticorps anti-HBe (Ac anti-HBe) et l'anticorps anti-HBc (Ac anti-HBc).
