The body weight squat is perhaps the best lower body exercise a person can do. It basically works all the major muscle groups of the thighs, glutes and hamstrings.... What is snowskating?... it's skateboarding on snow. That's just the most basic explanation out there, but of course there a some more variables.... There is the technical side of snowskating that resembles the street style way of skateboarding with its flips and ollies. At the other end of the spectrum there is the surf-like snowskating style like longboards on snow, where you find your way through deep pow in a flow way of riding. The first snowboard was called the Snurfer which was invented around 1964. It consisted of some sort of small surfboard and a rope in front of the board to hold on too. There were no bindings present, so you could say the first snowboard was actually a snowskate.

In many cases, the A-tool can accomplish the same job as the K-tool. The A-tool may cause slightly more damage to the door than a K-tool, but it will rapidly pull the cylinder. Many locks are manufactured with collars or protective cone-shaped covers over them to prevent the lock cylinder from being unscrewed. The A-tool was developed as a direct result of those lock design changes. The A-tool is a prying tool with a sharp notch with cutting edges machined into it. The notch resembles the letter A. This tool is designed to cut behind the protective collar of a lock cylinder and maintain a hold so that the lock cylinder can be pried out.

A basic parachute training where the first parachute jump is a freefall descent from at least 10,000 ft with an instructor holding on to each side of the student parachutist.

Another method for a first jump is called Accelerated Freefall or AFF. A shot is the combination of a stroke and the situation in which it is used.

"Long" is an informal expression used to indicate that a shot went out past the baseline. Important nuance: a "stroke" implies early preparation and a complete follow through. If one were to envision a stroke, one would see a series of sequences, ending with a "shot", i.e. the result of all of the above. Consequently, a "shot" is the result of the "stroke". How to shuck an oyster? This method of oyster shucking is often used by restaurants for presentation purposes. Hold the oyster cup side down, flat side up, with the hinged or narrow end in your hand. By tradition, grain ships have been loaded using shipping spouts hung from high galleries on the jetty. Thus, the larger or broader the ship's beam, the higher the gallery. With the advent of even larger bulk carriers, it is becoming fashionable to load grain ships using jetty-mounted ship-loaders with loading booms reaching out over the ship's hold. These ship-loaders, when equipped with telescopic vertical discharge spouts, emit less grain dust since grain is discharged deep down in the hold.

There are three types of zinced endings : A cone is formed from molten zinc poured into a mold in which a frayed rope end has been inserted; sometimes a ferrule is used as mold and stays on after pouring the zinc; or sockets are used instead of the ferrule. An open socket has ears to hold a pin and cotter. A closed socket has a loop or "bail. "Both are heavy forgings and find widespread use. All three zinced on endings need a good deal of preparation. The rope's end must be broomed out, cleaned with acid and straightened. Special endings : such as thimbles, clips, and clamps are quicker and easier to apply than a zinc socket, but efficiency is not as high as with other attachments.
