Pour les 61 foyers ayant un médecin attaché, la fréquence mensuelle moyenne des visites est de 3.3 et parmi ces foyers, 20 ont un médecin attaché qui vient seulement sur demande. Ce terme n'est pas tout à fait l'équivalent du terme anglais puisque les médecins attachés ne sont pas tous au service d'un foyer comme le sont les "home physicians".
