Lorsque le modèle de partenariat d'affaires a été présenté, on a défini le rôle d'un aiguilleur au sein de l'équipe du directeur des Ressources humaines qui devait acheminer toutes les demandes au centre de services approprié, faire le suivi des demandes afin de s'assurer que les services rendus étaient conformes aux normes, et informer les gestionnaires et l'équipe sur l'état d'avancement de chaque opération. Après en avoir discuté longuement, on a remplacé le rôle d'aiguilleur par le concept d'ESA [Équipe de secteur d'activité]. Cette équipe fait partie des Services de l'organisation et du ressourcement. Une équipe sera formée pour chaque direction générale ou OSS client sur une base matricielle. Dirigée par un conseiller principal relevant du gestionnaire, Ressourcement, l'équipe représente un agencement de compétences et de ressources visant à répondre aux besoins des clients, tels qu'ils sont établis dans l'entente de service négociée par le directeur des Ressources humaines. Le conseiller principal de l'ESA et son équipe travailleront en partenariat avec l'équipe du directeur des Ressources humaines et lui fournira continuellement de l'information sur les résultats et sur tout problème touchant la prestation des services au client. Les membres de l'ESA sont de tous les niveaux de l'organisation, de l'employé de soutien à l'agent. La constitution de l'ESA est revue chaque année en fonction des plans d'activités des clients et des ententes de service. L'ESA est le seul point de contact des clients pour les demandes de dotation, de design organisationnel et de classification. Elle est également chargée d'offrir ces services de la façon la plus stratégique et efficiente possible. Assystem City Car... is remarkably easy to park, and not only because of its compact dimensions(3. 60 m long, 1. 60 m wide and 1. 60 m tall), or its light weight(only 600 kg), but also because it has three axles, a central one, with two wheels, and one wheel in each extreme of the car(front and end). These single wheel axles are the ones responsible for moving and turning the Assystem City Car. The front wheel is powered by an electrical engine with 20 kW(about 27 cv), which can push the car to 50 km/h of top speed and has 30 km of autonomy, basically what regular people need to go to work and back home every day. For the roads, there is a little combustion engine that delivers 60 cv in the rear axle. It can lead the vehicle to a top speed of 130 km/h and, with its 30 l fuel tank, can carry the Assystem City Car to up to 600 km. Both engines can be used together, what turns this car into a hybrid. This vehicle, albeit small, can carry up to five people and their luggage. White Pass and Yukon Railway, at 175 km long, was the steepest pitched railway in Canada. Work began in 1898, at the height of the Klondike Gold Rush, to provide transportation from Skagway, Alaska, to Whitehorse, Yukon Territory. Building of the narrow gauge railway was an extremely difficult engineering feat, requiring extensive blasting, tunnels and precarious bridging. Thirty-five of the 35 000 men who worked on construction were killed. The summit of White Pass was reached in February 1899 and the "last spike" was driven at Carcross on 29 July 1900. The gold was exhausted by the time work was complete, though the line struggled along carrying passengers and freight. The mining boom in the Yukon revived the railway, as lead-zinc was hauled from Faro, Mayo and Clinton Creek.
