The two series of pot experiments were carried out at the Department of Plant Production Ecology in Uppsala, Sweden(63o81′N, 20o24′E) during 2007. The effects of the pre-planting treatments were tested in two outdoor pot trials arranged in rows 2 m [meters] apart and with 40 cm [centimeters] spacing between plants. Mitscherlich pots were filled with 4 L of planting soil and one seed tuber(40–50 mm [milimeters]) was planted per pot. After planting, an additional 1. 5 L [liter] soil were added, giving a planting depth of 5 cm. The experiments were laid out in a completely randomized design, with 10 replicates and three potato cultivars in each experiment. The cultivars used were Matilda, Cicero and Ditta in Experiment 1, and Matilda, Ditta and Ovatio in Experiment 2. The pots were kept outdoors from 11 June to 23 July(Experiment 1) and 16 June to 31 July(Experiment 2). The main differences between the experiments were the length of the pre-sprouting periodand cultivars.

[The] "cryo arms" support the upper umbilicals which supply the Ariane 6 upper stage with cryogenic top-up fuel, maintain the correct pressurisation of the upper stage tanks, cool the engines before ignition and generally keep the upper stage in an optimal condition right up to the point of liftoff. The same umbilicals allow the fuel to be drained safely if a launch is aborted. Each arm is 13 m [meters] long and weighs 20 tonnes. One arm supplies liquid hydrogen at-250 ºC, the other supplies liquid oxygen at-180 ºC. When Ariane 6 lifts off, these arms will disconnect from the rocket and then pivot away quickly in just 2. 6 seconds to avoid interfering with the rocket's ascent.

Trap setters are vessels designed for using traps or pots... to catch shellfish... and other demersal fish species. Pots may be left on the seafloor from 1-3 days or longer. In contrast with most other vessels that use sonar, echosounders, or other types of fish finding equipment, captains of trap setters typically rely on their knowledge of the local fishing grounds to determine where to set their traps and thus where to find the targeted species. Trap setters can range in size from small open boats that operate in coastal waters to vessels ranging in size from 20-50 m(66-164 ft) operating along the edge of the continental shelf. The smaller vessels are typically equipped with hydraulic or mechanical pot haulers... whereas the larger vessels are equipped with cranes for hauling 100 to 300 pots on board.
