The vaporizing pot-type burner prepares the oil for burning by exposing it on the surface of a heated metal plate. The simplest form of this type of burner resembles a bucket with perforated sides and also has a top with a row of closely spaced holes or a slot. Les brûleurs à gazéification, encore appelés gazéificateurs ou brûleurs à vaporisation, voient leur emploi limité aux petits générateurs d'air, aux poêles à mazout et à des chaudières de faible puissance. Certains fonctionnement en tirage naturel (...) Dans d'autres types, le mélange est entraîné vers le foyer par une arrivée continue d'air provenant d'un ventilateur basse pression.
