L'US Air Force a récemment lancé un appel d'offres portant sur l'étude, la mise au point et les essais d'un simulateur DRLMS (Digital Radar Landmass Simulator = simulateur numérique de vidéo radar air-sol). Destiné à être intégré au simulateur de pilotage du F-16, le DRLMS permettra d'entraîner à l'emploi du radar, en mode air-sol, les pilotes des pays qui utilisent cet appareil, à savoir les États-Unis, la Belgique, le Danemark, les Pays-Bas, la Norvège, etc.; il sera fait appel, pour ce nouvel équipement, à la banque de données dont dispose la Defense Mapping Agency (Service cartographique des forces armées Américaines).  1, fiche 24, Français, - simulateur%20num%C3%A9rique%20de%20vid%C3%A9o%20radar%20air%2Dsol
