Somatic therapy is a form of body-centered therapy that looks at the connection of mind and body and uses both psychotherapy and physical therapies for holistic healing. Thought Field Therapy(TFT) is a gentle and unobtrusive treatment which eliminates a host of negative emotions... TFT is not a ’talk’ therapy. But Not Heard, examines the importance of group therapy and counselling for children who have witnessed their mothers being abused.
