The present invention relates to a modular nuclear fuel element, which can be adapted by an assembly system allowing it to be used in different nuclear power plants with horizontal and vertical cooling channels. The module is a cluster of parallel fuel rods mounted as circular concentric crowns and supported by a structural system. It has a single diameter fuel rod array where the ratio of the heat transfer area to the transverse rod area is higher than 330. A floating platform consisting of an array of vertical concrete cylinders, six meters(20 feet) in diameter and 36 meters tall, that is open at the bottom and sealed at the top. Air trapped in the cylinders provides enough buoyancy for the platform to float. Interconnections between cylinders allow the air to move between them. And a few turbines can be added to exploit the movement of the air and generate electricity. Depending on the spatial arrangement of the detectors, the relative calibration error may be constant in one spatial direction. Un troisième traitement, d'ordre radiométrique, consiste à supprimer ce que les spécialistes appellent parfois «l'effet pyjama». Le système de prise de vues d'un satellite d'observation est, en effet, constitué de milliers de petits détecteurs disposés en rangés parallèles. Au bout d'un certain temps de vie, on constate dans les prises de vue des variations de contraste entre les différentes zones du cliché, avec une alternance de bandes plus sombres et plus claires. Another increasingly popular type of anemometer is the propeller anemometer. This anemometer is simply a very small two- or three-blade propeller, calibrated so that the revolutions per minute (rpm) corresponds to specific wind speeds. This anemometer is known as a "lift" device because it relies upon the rational lift caused by the wind on the propellers to measure the wind speed. By using two propellers held fixed at a perpendicular angle to each other, one can simultaneously measure the wind speed and direction using vector analysis. By including a third propeller positioned vertically relative to the other two, vertical wind movements also can be measured.
