Le Centre de vérification des gaz à effet de serre prodigue des conseils additionnels sur la façon logique de mesurer et d’estimer dans quelle mesure les initiatives de lutte contre les changements climatiques lancées par le Canada donnent lieu à l’émission, à la réduction et à l’absorption des gaz à effet de serre.
