Orthophotocarte numérique. Photographie aérienne ayant les propriétés d’une projection orthographique. Dans une projection orthographique, le centre de perspective est simulé comme étant infiniment distant du sol de façon que les rayons de projection deviennent parallèles. À l'aide d’un balayeur optique de haute précision, nous procédons à la numérisation des photos aériennes et nous les redressons à l'aide d’un modèle numérique de terrain pour enlever les distorsions relatives à la caméra et au relief du terrain.
