A bodybuilding exercise performed by completing the following movements: lie on an incline bench (your upper body is at a 45-degree angle, the rest of your body being in the position of a normal bench press), with a barbell suspended on a rack above your eyes. Hold the barbell with a pronated grip (palms facing up) slightly wider than shoulder width. Exercice de musculation qui s’exécute en effectuant les mouvements suivants : couchez-vous sur un banc incliné(où le haut de votre corps est appuyé à 45 degrés, le reste étant placé comme pour un développé couché normal), avec une barre reposant sur des supports vis-à-vis des yeux. Tenez la barre avec une prise un peu plus large que la largeur de vos épaules et avec les mains en pronation(les paumes vers le haut). Pour vous placer en position de départ, dégagez la barre de ses supports en la soulevant à bout de bras. A bodybuilding exercise performed by completing the following movements: sitting on a bench with the upper arms resting on an inclined padded support, hold a barbell or dumbbells with a supinated grip (palms facing up). Contract only your biceps to raise the weight through an arc until you can go no further, almost reaching your shoulders. Start this exercise by kneeling with one knee at the end of a weight bench. Support your body with the hand on the weight bench. Pick up a dumbbell with your other hand. Keep your back straight and flat in line with the bench. Do not arch your back. Lift the dumbbell straight up keeping your arm close to your body. Touch the weight to your chest, hold for one to two seconds. Slowly move weight back down till arm is almost fully extended. L'exercice s’effectue debout, avec un haltère, en plaçant un genoux sur un banc droit. Buste incliné, dos bien droit, conservez l'équilibre avec une main posée sur le banc. De l'autre main prenez l'haltère, bras tendu vers le bas, paume vers le corps. Pliez votre bras jusqu'à être dans le prolongement de votre corps en fléchissant le coude.
