Réinjection. Ce terme est souvent employé à tort, en lieu et place du terme : injection. Réinjecter signifie : injecter à nouveau(une deuxième fois, par exemple). Or l'eau et le gaz naturel associés [...] à la production du pétrole quand ils sont renvoyés par injection dans le gisement le sont une seule et unique fois, en toute rigueur il n’ y a donc pas «réinjection» et cela a fortiori quand on injecte de l'eau prise à la surface [...].
