This manual is being issued as a supplement to the Treasury Board Manual (Financial Management Component) which will be published at a later date. It is linked to the Treasury Board manual through the common policy directives and guidelines in Chapter 2 of this manual, which are the same as those to be included in Section 7 of the Treasury Board Manual (Financial Management Component).
