Eddy, dans le secteur de Hull, demeure un témoin éloquent du passé industriel gatinois, notamment par le style architectural particulier de ses maisons allumettes, nommées ainsi en raison de leur façade étroite et pour rappeler la proximité de l'usine d’allumettes.
