The Saskatchewan Canola Growers' Association was formed in 1968 by rapeseed growers to promote research, production and marketing of rapeseed (now known for the most part as canola). It is strictly a producer organization and voting membership is available only to bona fide canola or rapeseed growers in Saskatchewan. It is a non-commercial and non-political organization.
