Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 DEF
A method of gel electrophoresis used to separate fragments of DNA as long as several million bases by subjecting the gel to an electrical current alternately delivered from two angles in timed intervals, which minimizes diffusion of large molecules. 8, record 1, English, - pulsed%20field%20gel%20electrophoresis
Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 CONT
Pulsed field gel electrophoresis, like other DNA electrophoresis techniques, separate DNA fragments by size, using an electrical field to force fragments to move through a gel medium. The larger fragments take longer to move through the gel, so the electrophoresis process applied must not only use alternating fields but must also last longer. 9, record 1, English, - pulsed%20field%20gel%20electrophoresis

Technique utilisée pour la séparation de molécules d'ADN de haut poids moléculaire (15 à 1000 kb). 4, record 1, French, - %C3%A9lectrophor%C3%A8se%20en%20champ%20puls%C3%A9
Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 CONT
5, record 1, French, - %C3%A9lectrophor%C3%A8se%20en%20champ%20puls%C3%A9
