Thermal radiators are positioned on the Integrated Truss Structure. These radiators are oriented using rotary joints to keep them parallel to the Sun's rays so as to keep them from receiving external heat inputs, and to keep them oriented toward space to allow radiation of heat. ... the radiators pick up heat from the ISS [International Space Station] through the environmental control system, which then transfers that heat to the radiators ... 2, record 1, English, - thermal%20radiator

3, record 1, French, - radiateur%20thermique
