The rate of leaching of buried waste depends on a number of factors, including the quantity and quality of percolating water that contacts the waste, the physical condition of the waste container, oxidation conditions present in the disposal facility, the presence of chelating or other potentially mobilizing agents, and the chemical and physical properties of the waste. 1, record 2, English, - rate%20of%20leaching

4, record 2, French, - vitesse%20de%20lixiviation
