Title of a form of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA). WADA is responsible for the preparation and publication of The Prohibited List (List): an International Standard identifying Substances and Methods prohibited in-competition, out-of-competition, and in particular sports. Athletes need to complete a Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) application form and have it signed by their National Paralympic Committee (NPC) and a doctor.
