Une "personne qui habite une chambre meublée" est un locataire, comme une personne qui habite un appartement tout meublé ou non. Le mot "chambreur" employé au Canada pour désigner le "locataire d'une chambre meublée" est un calque de l'anglais que l'on doit éviter.
