With an interference filter, one pair of photocells is used to monitor at 154 nm, and a second pair of photocells with another filter is used to monitor at 280 nm. Both sets of photocells are continuously monitoring both the sample and the reference side of the flow cell, allowing for real-time monitoring at both wavelengths. 2, record 1, English, - interference%20filter

Glass sheet carrying a number of very thin transparent dielectric or metal and dielectric layers of differing refractive index deposited on the surface by evaporation in a vacuum. Light entering these layers is reflected from the front and rear surface and for certain wavelengths the two beams enhance while others cancel one another owing to their difference in path length. 2, record 2, English, - interference%20filter

1, record 4, French, - filtre%20interf%C3%A9rentiel
