Bernardin's two piece metal lid consists of a screw band in combination with a Snap Lid. Two piece lids allow consumers to hear, see and feel an airtight seal on their home canned products. Over the years, Bernardin has improved the profile of the lid as well as the performance of the sealing compound to enhance both the dependability and ease of handling of these unique closures.

Le couvercle en métal à deux morceaux Bernardin se compose d'une bague qui visse et d'un couvercle Snap. Cet assemblage en morceaux permet au consommateur d'entendre, de voir et de sentir sous la main le sceau hermétique de leurs conserves maison. Au cours des années, Bernardin a perfectionné le profil du couvercle et la performance du produit de scellage. On a donc amélioré la fiabilité et la facilité de manutention de ces couvercles uniques.
