The Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA) is to date the only legally binding agreement in the WTO focusing on the subject of government procurement. Its present version was negotiated in parallel with the Uruguay Round in 1994, and entered into force on 1 January 1996. It is a plurilateral treaty administered by a Committee on Government Procurement, which includes the WTO Members that are Parties to the GPA, and thus have rights and obligations under the Agreement. 2, record 1, English, - Agreement%20on%20Government%20Procurement

L'Accord sur les marchés publics (AMP) est à ce jour le seul accord juridiquement contraignant à l'OMC qui porte spécifiquement sur les marchés publics. Sa présente version a été négociée à l'époque du Cycle d'Uruguay en 1994 et est entré en vigueur le 1er janvier 1996.
