Le fibrome, ou angiofibrome naso-pharyngien est une tumeur richement vascularisée, histologiquement bénigne, prenant naissance au niveau de la cavité nasale postérieure des adolescents de sexe mâle : c'est un fibrome saignant de la puberté masculine. Il s'agit, histologiquement, d'une tumeur constituée de vaisseaux sous-tendus par un stroma conjonctif.
