Les résultats des études relatives aux perfusions d'histamine chez des sujets normaux ainsi que l'expérience clinique ont révélé que l'administration concomitante de H1-bloquants et de H2-bloquants n'affecte pas la fonction vasculaire et maintient la tension artérielle beaucoup plus efficacement que l'administration d'un antagoniste H1 seul.
