Le Domino (Lonchura striata) est un Capucin du Sud-Est asiatique, au dos brunâtre et au ventre clair, plus ou moins rayés, avec la tête, les ailes et la queue foncées. Son principal intérêt est d'être l'ancêtre d'une espèce entièrement domestiquée, créée par les éleveurs chinois et japonais et répandue maintenant dans le monde entier, le Moineau du Japon.
