[Allocation] de dépenses autorisée pour les membres du personnel qui participent à des opérations, à des exercices ou à des travaux exigeants et(ou) qui sont exposés à une chaleur ou à un froid extrême, lorsqu'il ne leur est pas possible d'obtenir un [rafraîchissement] dans [leur] aire de travail [désignée] du camp, une salle à manger, un établissement non public, une cantine libre-service ou un établissement commercial.

OBS

Dans le cas présent, il s'agit bel et bien d'une allocation au sens d'une chose allouée pour un emploi déterminé (généralement une somme d'argent) et non d'une indemnité. Les dictionnaires établissent une distinction entre ces deux termes qui, de plus, sont habituellement suivis des prépositions «de» ou «d'» quand une allocation ou une indemnité donnée est énoncée.

OBS

Cette allocation est versée non pas au militaire mais bien à son unité. Renseignement confirmé par le Directeur - Services d'alimentation.
