Le cadastre est un document public qui, pour chaque commune, détermine la surface et la valeur fiscale des fonds. Il se compose de deux documents essentiels : le plan cadastral et la matrice. Le plan cadastral est un plan parcellaire. La parcelle est l'ilôt de propriété; elle désigne toute étendue continue de terrain présentant une même nature de culture ou une même affectation, appartenant à un même propriétaire et située dans un même lieu-dit. Une propriété peut être constitué de plusieurs parcelles attenantes. La matrice cadastrale est un registre qui indique la liste des parcelles que chaque propriétaire possède sur le territoire de la commune ainsi que leur utilisation (culture, prairie, terrain bâti, etc.). 4, record 1, French, - plan%20cadastral
